What this plan handles

Ranked matches don't forgive lag spikes — and lag isn't a speed problem.

Online gaming only needs 10 to 20 megs. What kills a match is latency, so this plan wins on priority and a clean signal, not on printing a bigger number.

  • Gaming Traffic Priority: your match wins the tiebreaker, every time
  • Full-house streaming running alongside your session
  • Mesh coverage, plus a hardwire option so the signal reaches the battle station
Traffic priority: game traffic goes to the front of the line on our network, even when the rest of the house is streaming movie night.

The honest speed

Starts at 100 Mbps · up to 2 Gbps depending on your address

Online gaming uses ~10–20 Mbps. The starting speed is 5–10× what your game actually needs.

We confirm your exact speed at your address before install.

Speeds you actually get

Other providers sell the biggest number they can print. We manage how many homes share each tower — so the speed on your plan is the speed at your house, at 7 PM on a Friday.

A gig you share is slower than 100 Mbps you actually get. Big networks oversell capacity and let neighborhoods fight over it at peak hours. We only allow so many homes per frequency on each tower, so you're actually receiving the speeds you're paying for, by design.

Speed is a ceiling. Priority is a guarantee. Your game or your work call doesn't need a huge number. It needs its lane kept clear every second. That's what our plan priorities are for, and it's why customers coming from "gig" plans tell us things run smoother here.

We show you the real number for your address. Not one shiny number for the whole state. Check your address and we'll show you what we can deliver at your house — before you spend a dime.

"A lot of customers switch over from a 300 or 500 meg plan and experience less buffering on our 100 — because we don't overcrowd our towers."— InfoWest sales team, on a real call

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the InfoWest Gamer plan.

Our local network is right here in Southern Utah. Expect 5–15 ms to western-US game servers like Salt Lake City. Cross-country servers will be higher based on physical distance (that's physics, not your ISP). Within the western US, latency stays tight and consistent.
It routes your gaming packets ahead of other traffic on your network. If someone is downloading a large file or streaming 4K while you're in a match, your gaming data gets priority: lower lag, fewer rubber-banding moments.
Yes. We provision the connection and hand off to your hardware. Our tech verifies the WAN connection is clean before they leave. Custom router, pfSense box, or other networking gear. We support it.
Our network uses QoS rules that identify gaming traffic by protocol and port, then prioritize those packets at the router level. Your game traffic gets processed before bulk downloads, streaming buffers, and background updates on other devices.
Yes. We don't throttle based on time of day, data usage, or type of traffic. Our dedicated infrastructure doesn't share bandwidth between households the way cable does. Performance is consistent.
Fiber is available in select neighborhoods with build-out expanding across Southern Utah. Where fiber isn't built, our fixed wireless network covers most of our area, with FiberWave delivering fiber-class speeds in select line-of-sight neighborhoods. Call (435) 674-0165 to confirm your address.
