Internet your business can build on.
Fiber and wireless from the local team that answers the phone and shows up. We size the connection to your business, not the other way around.
Call to find out what's available at your location (business sales, direct line).
What you're really buying is the team behind the connection.
When your internet is down, your business is down. We've built our whole company around that fact.
A local human answers
Our support team lives and works here in Southern Utah. No ticket queue in another time zone. A neighbor who can be at your door.
Serving businesses since 1994
Three decades of keeping Southern Utah connected: storefronts, offices, and some of the region's largest employers.
Reliability you can plan on
We run our own network end to end, and dedicated connections can be backed by an SLA with a 99.99% uptime guarantee.
Pricing without the games
A quote sized to your business, a flat rate you can budget around, and no surprise "promotional period" jumps.
Three ways to connect. One local network.
Where you are decides what's available. Call and we'll tell you straight which of these reaches your address.
Business Fiber
Symmetrical speeds up to 10 Gbps
The same upload as download, so cloud backups, video calls, and card transactions never fight each other. Custom builds reach 10 Gbps for the heaviest needs.
FiberWave
Fiber-class speeds, no trenching
Gigabit wireless mesh that brings fiber-class service to buildings the fiber map hasn't reached yet, without tearing up your parking lot to get it.
Dedicated Wireless
Your own high-capacity link
A dedicated microwave link straight from our tower to your building. Some of our largest clients run their whole operation on it.
Sized to how your business actually works
We don't sell speed tiers off a menu. Tell us what runs on your connection and we'll size it, with room to grow.
The storefront
- Point-of-sale and card readers that never drop a transaction
- A couple of computers, a printer, background music
- Security cameras and guest Wi-Fi for customers
The growing office
- A team on cloud apps, video calls, and VoIP phones all day
- File sync and nightly backups that can't run till morning
- A full security system, smart locks, and door access
The heavy operation
- On-site servers, remote workers on VPN, multiple locations
- Large file transfers and real-time data that can't wait
- Dedicated bandwidth with a service-level agreement
Meet Scott. He answers the business line.
When you call (435) 272-4442, you get Scott, not a queue. Before InfoWest he spent 30 years in hospitality and owned a restaurant, so he's sized connections from the other side of the counter. Tell him what you're running and he'll tell you what it needs.
Call ScottIncluded with every business connection
These come standard on every business connection, not as add-ons.
- Static IP options: for servers, VPNs, and anything the outside world needs to reach
- No data caps: standard business plans are unmetered, with no usage allowance and no overage bills
- IPv6 ready: one of the nation's earliest and most complete IPv6 networks
- Local support: real people, right here, who know your account
Beyond the storefront
The same network carries the connections this community counts on, from the fire station to the finish line.

Dedicated communication services for the agencies that keep Southern Utah running: fire departments, police stations, 911 emergency services, municipal offices, and schools and universities.

Phones, IT, Wi-Fi, security: the same people who run your connection can run the rest of it too.
Trusted by your neighbors — and their businesses
Restaurants, clinics, and manufacturers have run on InfoWest for three decades. So have events you know: the IRONMAN, Trail Hero, and the Apple Festival. Ask around — someone you know is already a customer.
Business internet questions, answered straight
Plans start at $60/month, and the honest answer to "what will mine cost" is a five-minute phone call. Price depends on your location, the connection type that reaches it, and the capacity your business needs. We'd rather quote you right than quote you fast. Call (435) 272-4442.
Really. Standard business plans are unmetered: no usage allowance, no overage bills. One boundary applies: a standard plan carries your own business's traffic. If you redistribute internet to others (a hotel serving guests, a provider reselling bandwidth) or run your connection at capacity around the clock, you need a Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) circuit instead: bandwidth reserved for you alone, backed by an SLA, and quoted to your usage. That's also why two connections at the same property can carry different prices. Tell Scott what you're running and he'll tell you which one fits.
Between fiber, FiberWave, and our wireless network, we reach most of Southern Utah and parts of Nevada, but business service is address-specific. Call us or request a callback above and we'll check your exact location, usually the same business day.
Term agreements are optional. Choosing one gets you better rates, and where construction is involved, a term can offset the build cost. We'll lay out both options in your quote and let you pick.
If your building needs construction to reach (a fiber run, a rooftop antenna), we quote that up front, before you commit. No surprise line items after the fact.
Yes. Static IPv4 addresses are available on business connections, and IPv6 is available on request. If you're hosting servers, running a VPN, or pointing cameras home, tell us when you call and we'll build it into the quote.
Let's talk about your business.
Five minutes with a local team member beats an hour with a pricing page. Tell us what you're running, and we'll tell you exactly what your address can get.
