This Privacy Policy describes how InfoWest collects, uses, and discloses personal information from users of our website and services. "Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with a particular person or device, such as your name, email address, location, phone number, account, and payment and usage information. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Use of Information
The information you provide is used to provide our services and enhance your experience with InfoWest. Please note that if the government or law enforcement requires our customer information, we are legally obligated to release it.
Security
InfoWest takes reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypting data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restricting employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Most web browsers are automatically set to accept cookies. To change this, or to show a warning each time a cookie request is received, review your browser's settings.

Third-Party Links
InfoWest sites, apps, and services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Privacy Policy, but instead by the privacy policy of those third-party websites. If you delete your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and enforce our agreements.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
If you subscribe to InfoWest voice service, federal law (47 U.S.C. § 222) protects information about your use of that service: the numbers you call, when, and for how long, and the calling plans you subscribe to. This is Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). We use CPNI to provide your service, bill for it, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell CPNI. We do not use it to market service categories you don't already subscribe to without your permission, and you can withdraw any marketing permission at any time by calling (435) 674-0165. Declining has no effect on your service. We verify your identity before discussing account details or making account changes, and we notify affected customers and law enforcement as federal rules require if CPNI is ever disclosed without authorization.
Notice to Nevada Residents
InfoWest does not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. If you are a Nevada resident, you may submit an opt-out request to privacy@infowest.com. To be effective, your request must include your full name, address, phone number, and email address. We will endeavor to respond to your verified request within 60 days of receiving it; due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to extend this period by up to 30 days, and we will notify you of any extension during the initial 60-day period. You can also submit a data removal request.

Your continued use of the site, app, or service following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
